Earl A. Clark was born on January 11, 1944 He was the youngest son of the late Winston and Mattie Clark. Earl was called to his Heavenly home on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Lynchburg General Hospital.
He gave his life to Christ and was baptized at High Rock Bap- tist Church, where he remained a member. He was educated in the Prince Edward County School System.
In 1965 Earl was joined in holy matrimony to Lillie Tillery and to that union they were blessed with four children. Earl was employed by Luck Stone for over 20 years. He was an avid racing fan and enjoyed talking to people and making them laugh. Earl was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, James Clark.
Earl leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife of 57 years, Lillie; two sons: James Clark, Rice, VA and Keith Clark (Julie), Port Orchard, WA; two daughters: Valerie Washington (Randolph), Jetersville, VA and Sharika Clark, Rice, VA. Twelve grandchildren: Jordan, Chardae, DaJuan, LaVina, JaQuan, JaQua- na, Taquesha, Qwe’Ondrik, Keara, Qwe’Ondrae, Tiana, and Ky- son; twenty-one great grandchildren; two God-daughters: Angela and Tracy; four sisters in-law: Virginia, Hattie (Grady), Mollie, and Edna. A nephew Colby “Mike”; One uncle: Walter Clark (Sarah); Six aunts: Annie, Mary, Rosetta (Randolph), Virginia, Florine and Odessa; devoted niece: Mable; devoted nephews: Dirk and Derek; close friends: Waylon Love, Jr and Samuel Lee; close cousin: Gloria, adopted daughter, Angela and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
