Hazel Benetta Scruggs Clark 83, of Plainfield, NJ gained her angel wings on September 20, 2022. She was born in Cumberland County, VA on December 19, 1938. She later moved to New Jersey where she was blessed with one daughter, Carla Denise and loved by her grandchildren and great grandchildren who affectionately called her Gaga.

Jackson High School and continued her education by acquiring an Associate's degree in Social Work from Passaic Community College and left a legacy as a master seamstress and social worker at North Jersey 4C's where she retired in 2016 after over 30 years of service. Those of us who were blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts will be fondly remembered and forever missed.
