Iyonna DeShea Mingo

Iyonna DeShea Mingo was born in Paterson, New Jersey on August of 2000, the daughter of Shenise Ross and Andre Mingo.  She entered into her final resting place on Sunday, March 22, 2020 after a sudden illness.  She received her formal education at Prince Edward County High School, class of 2018.  Iyonna spent most of her life since the age of 2 years old in Prince Edward County, VA.  She also attended Radford University where she studied Criminal Justice from 2018-2019.  She was recently employed by Walmart Super Center for several months.  Preceding her in death, 1 uncle Isaac McKinley Ross Jr., 1 special cousin Aneal Walker, and a great grandmother Maxine Davis.  Iyonna was a loving daughter, grand daughter, sister, auntie and Godmother.  Those who shared the joy of her sweet spirit will forever cherish her memories:  her loving mother, Odirisa Shenise Ross of the home; her caring father, Andre (Regina) Mingo of Florence, SC, devoted sister Devenasia Givens of Prospect, VA,.Lamonie K. Nash of Pospect, VA., 1 nephew Amare' Mingo of Paterson, NJ., 1 aunt Kearston (Devarise) Cooper of Florence, SC., 4 uncles Everette Mingo of Newark, NJ., Taurin (Kenna) Wimberly, Cemal Wimberly of Paterson NJ., Dameon Daniels of Los Angeles, CA.  Loving grandparents Dianne (William) Johnson, Albert (Jacqueline) Mingo) of Florence, SC., Isaac (Odirisa) Ross of Prospect VA.  Special friend, Arthur Wright, God Child Cameron Hill, Best Friends Shauniece Beasley and Nadira Walker; devoted cousins Destiny and Dennis Dubose all of Prospect VA. and A1C Zyier (Bria) Turner of Hawaii and Chaise & Madison Cooper of Florence, SC.  In addition, she has a host of great aunts, uncles and cousins who loves her dearly.
