Javonte Tymone Harvey, affectionately known as “Chugg” was born on February 07, 1994 to Lisa Williams and the late William H. Harvey, Jr. and his stepfather, the late George W. Trent, Sr. At an early age he accepted Christ and was baptized at the Unity Baptist Church in Long Island, NY. He attended William Phillip Middle school and later after relocating back to Virginia, Cumberland County public schools. Javonte was known by many and greatly loved by all that knew him.
Javonte was blessed to have a big family. He cherished his mother and had a special relationship with her. On her birthday and holidays, he always made sure his mom was taken care of. He loved all his family and enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. He also valued his friendship with Whitney Faison who is the mother of his only child, Jaceion.
Javonte held employment at Johnny Asal Lumber Company in Cumberland, VA and most recently with Masonomics Construction company in Burkeville, VA.
Javonte loved basketball and football with his favorite team being the Eagles. He stood by this team whether they were winning or losing. He was also known to have a great smile and could give the best bear hugs you ever wanted to receive. He is truly going to missed by all that knew him.
On Monday, August 17, 2020 Chugg was called home to be the lord, He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Lisa Williams; one son Jaceion Faison; six sisters, Keisha Deshonna and, Mashela Williams, Jalesa , Wanda, and Jackie Harvey; Step-sisters; Kianna, Tanisha, and Lashawn Trent; brothers, Andresso, Sharod and Antwan Williams; Matthew Thomas; Step-brothers; George, Jr.; Shawn, Tyrone and Rashard Trent. Four aunts; Leslie Jackson (Charles), Linda Morton, Sheila Patterson (Eugene), and Laverne Epps; Uncles, Melvin, Michael and Maurice Williams, Danny, Matthew, James, Leroy and Jerome Harvey. Special friends include James Ward, his niece, Qadaysha and nephew Darious Williams. Additionally Chugg had a 28 neices and nephews and three great-nephews as well as a host of cousins in Virginia and family in Long Island, New York.
