Loveleen Webster

Loveleen Webster, 78, gained her heavenly wings March 16, 2024 at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. Mom was born June 26,1945 to the late Arthur & Fannie Saunders. She now joins her parents, child, husband, siblings & grandchildren. Mom accepted Christ at an early age and joined the High Rock Baptist Church in Rice, Virginia.

Mom attended school in Prince Edward County at the RR Moton High School. Her passion was cooking and reading her bible. Caregiving gave her heart much joy. She was employed with Elder Care for 27 years and Piedmont Geriatric for 5 years. Loveleen was married to George McCoy Jones on June 24, 1967 and to this union three children were born. On August 29, 1990 she was united in holy matrimony to the late Douglas Mac-Arthur Webster better known as “Mac”, and to this union two children were born.

Mom was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt & friend. She had a heart of gold and was loved by all!

She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur & Fannie Saunders, husband Douglas Webster, siblings, Dorsey, Andrew, Mable, Alberta, Phobie and Matthew; son Leon and grandsons Wilson Jennings & Letrell Jones. Engraved in our hearts to cherish her memories are: children: McCoy “Aundray”, Darrius (Pamela); Talwanda Mae; Michael; Douglas (Lenette); Daughter-n-Law, Stacey Coleman, Brother: Wilbur Saunders, Sisters: Virginia Foster; Juliet Johnson (Harold); Jerleen Smith; 17 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild; Sister-n-Law, Iona Lee; Brother-n-Laws, Toney & Walter Webster, two devoted nieces Demetria “Meechie” Johnson & Cynthia “Cindy” Brown. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
