On Tuesday, November 30, 2021, Rashawn O. Carter gained his heavenly wings and transitioned into eternal rest.
He was born on July 11, 1994 to the late Eugenia Graham, and Kim Carter. Rashawn attended and graduated from Cumberland County Public Schools in Cumberland Virginia. He also attended WyoTech in Indiana Pennsylvania where he received an Automotive Technician Certification. Rashawn was a hard worker with a kind and loving spirit. To know him was to love him. He will be truly missed by all!
Rashawn was proceeded in death by his loving mother Eugenia Graham; Grandfather: Eugene Evans & Grandmother: Courtney Carter. Rashawn leaves to cherish his memories; his loving
wife, Carolyn Carter, Step children, Janell Nelson (Deonte’), DaJah White, & KyAsia White, sisters; Tiera Carter, Bianca Graham, Tanisha Singleton, & Melissa Cruz-Mayers; brother: Roger Graham, III, father: Kim Carter, Stepfather: Roger Graham, Jr., Grandparents: Christine Evans & Osborne Carter, Sr.,
Mother in-law: Ida Smith, Father-in-law: Reginald Smith; Sister-in-laws: Debra & Teresa Wade; Special Friend/brother: Ke’Ron Langhorne, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces,
nephews, cousins and friends.
