Rosa Anne Barnes

On Sunday, January 9, 2022, Rosa Anne Barnes was called home to be with Our Lord and Savior. She was the daughter of Rosa and Willie Jefferson, who preceded her in death. Rosa was a member of Forest Baptist Church. She attended Prince Edward County Schools, where she met her husband and was united in marriage to Arnold Edward Barnes who preceded her in death. To this union six children where born. Of those children, James Edward and Joseph Matthew preceded her in death.

Leaving her memories too Linda (Walter) Stokes, Ronald (Loretta) Barnes, Brenda and Calvin Barnes; Grandchildren Shanae, Darius (Sabrina), Chayla, and one Great Grandson Darius James (Poodie) Barnes. One sister Annie Scott, three brothers Daniel (Janean), Floyd (Lottie) and Roy (Phyllis). A host of uncles and aunts; nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Dear to her heart Ernestine and Weldon Smith, Wesley and Joyce Reed along with many more.
