Shirley Paige

On March 17, 2020, our beloved sister, mother, auntie, and dear friend, Shirley Paige departed her life here on earth at Manicure Nursing Home in Richmond, VA.  Shirley was born on March 4, 1945 in Pamplin, Virginia to the late Leroy Couch and Mrs. Sallie Couch Robertson.  Shirley attended Prince Edward County Public Schools and at an early age she moved to New York.  In 2017, wanting to be closer to her family she moved back to Richmond, VA to be near them.  Shirley was preceded in death by her loving father, Mr. Leroy Couch; 2 loving sisters, Mildred Stevenson and Margaret Couch.  She leaves to cherish her precious memories her son: Stephen White of New York; her wonderful and loving mother, Mrs Sallie Couch Roberston of Rice, VA; her devoted and loving sisters and brothers; Issiac (Nancy) Couch, Jopa, MD, Edith Wise, Gloria Couch, Gladys Eldeyesstty and William Couch of Richmond, VA.  Sarah Couch of Petersburg VA.; Sally (Ben) Saunders, Green Bay, VA.; Florence (Ivan) Hatcher and Catherine Couch of Farmville, VA.; Josephine (James) Holman, Prospect, VA.; and Charles (Shirley) Couch of Rice, VA.  A host of loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends who loved her dearly.  Shirley will be missed by all.  Rest in Heavenly Peace Shirley!
